CRB (Clark, Richardson and Biskup Consulting Engineers, Inc.) began working with Tali/ Synergy Coaching in 2008. Our initial engagement was to provide business leadership coaching to Doug Conrath, who led the Western Region (WR) operations. The work led to a Leadership Development program for current and upcoming leadership within the region. Tali supported the efforts by providing 1-1 and group coaching to 16+ individuals starting in 2015. The effort was impactful and successful in moving leaders forward and achieving significant development over a short period of time. Tali’s engagement, knowledge of the CRB organization, and coaching success led to her support of select leadership in other US geographies as well as coaching the larger WR leadership team. This was accomplished through attendance at strategic planning retreats, business plan development and review, and facilitation of select business and people challenges. Tali is insightful, probing, encouraging, persistent, and compassionate in her approach to coaching leaders out of their comfort zone to achieve their goals. I’d highly recommend her to organizations looking to fast track leadership and organizational development.
