Tali Thomas is an executive coach, leadership consultant, trainer, and speaker with more than 19 years of experience helping leaders and organizations strengthen leadership, align teams, and build cultures where people and performance thrive.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for 15 years, Certified Pinnacle Guide, Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, and POST Certified professional, Tali partners with executives and leadership teams to navigate organizational change, improve communication, strengthen accountability, and achieve sustainable results.

While she works with organizations across industries, including healthcare, engineering, financial services, construction, technology, nonprofit, and retail much of her work today focuses on public sector organizations, helping government leaders navigate change, develop high-performing teams, and create healthy organizational cultures.

Tali combines executive coaching with strategic facilitation, leadership development, the Pinnacle Operating System™, and Everything DiSC® to create practical, lasting change. She is known for her engaging facilitation style, challenging questions, and ability to create environments where leaders think differently, collaborate more effectively, and take meaningful action.

Before founding Synergy Coaching Group, Tali co-founded a successful international publishing company that grew to serve thousands of retail locations worldwide, including Walmart, Target, and Michaels. That entrepreneurial experience gives her a unique perspective on leadership, organizational growth, and execution.

Tali holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Arizona and has become a trusted partner to organizations seeking stronger leaders, healthier teams, and lasting organizational success.
